Bulk Cancellation of Monitors not working -- it used to?
I can no longer remove a monitor from a group of Routers. I just noticed this, and this is a week after applying the April 29 hotfix. Here is the behavior Im seeing:
Im trying to remove Vendor Monitors (Cisco) from Routers.
The way I have removed monitors from a selection of devices is to:
- Select Configuration Wizard
- Select Add a new monitor to several devices
- Select Vendor Specific Monitors
- Expand Cisco Monitors, select a monitor which I know is applied to several routers, (example Buffer Failures)
- Select Manually group Devices
- ***** Move the devices from the list in the left to that in the right to add the selected monitor screen has changed ***** This screen should display in the left UnAssigned listbox, devices which the monitor is not assigned. On the right side listbox, which is labled Assigned I should see a list of devices, which this monitor is assigned. In the past I would bulk un-assign a monitor by moving devices from the right side of the screen (assigned window), over to the left window (the Unassigned list box).
- Unfortunately since applying the hotfix, I just noticed I am not seeing any devices listed in the assigned list box. This is on monitors which I know I have assigned to devices. So I am at a loss to bulk remove these many Cisco monitors which I do not want active on my routers. We have about 100 routers.
Could this issue be addressed in a hotfix?
