Buld 7501 issues - Pass through Authentication
Hi,
Just upgraded to 7500 then 7501 and with both versions i an unable to log out as the current user and log in as a new user, mainly me the administrator.
We use Active directory Authentication with Pass through authentication. If i disable Pass-Through i can log out then log in as anyone. So it seems you need to be logged in as the Service desk user to view there own page.
Any ideas?
