build 8121 - E-mail this note to the technician field greyed out
Hello,
after upgrading to build 8121 we can no longer mark "E-mail this note to the technician" when the technitian is unassigned. Previously in such situation an email was sent to all technitians in the group. Now no one will be informed.
How to reenable this feature?
