Build 7013 Released
A hotfix (version 7013) has been released. This hotfix is applicable for 7000 to 7012 builds only and is available at

Issues fixed in this Service Pack :
1.Custom Views with filters based on "None" as one of the criteria values not displayed properly has been fixed.
2.Custom Views based on SubCategory or Item in the criteria list not shown properly has been fixed.
3.In Network scan, even if we specify the SNMP community string as private , scanning happened based on the public community string has been fixed.
4.In Scheduled scan, server crash and memory assertion problem in Windows 2003 (ITC) has been fixed.
5.Check box on the requesters details page titled "Allow to see all requests for the department" gets unchecked on each AD import has been fixed.
6.Issue in fetching the associated asset based on the requester id instead of the requester name in the new request form has been fixed.
7.Purchase/ Contract Notification with non-english content were getting junked has been fixed.
8.Sorting of users / departments not in the alphabetical order when assigning users to assets has been fixed.
9.Editing a request in line in Standard edition throws a NullPointerException has been fixed.
10.Expand conversation image missing in WorkOrder details when using Internet Explorer (IE) has been fixed.
11.Alert message when saving Problem/Request notification was not proper has been fixed.
12.Help text in Request closing rules - automated rules is not proper has been fixed.
13.Approval notification to technician sent twice when using Internet Explorer (IE) has been fixed.
14.NullPointerException while approving a Request has been fixed.
15.Clicking the component name from the breadcrumb available in the asset details page does not load the component list view page properly has been fixed.
16.Broken image in Asset Home Page and the Asset tab in Home Page has been fixed.
17.Mail Subject containing english and japanese characters without space sent from EdMax mailer were getting junked has been fixed.
18.Unable to view images with non english characters while adding in line images has been fixed.
19.Issue wile inserting inline images when server running in linux machine and client in IE has been fixed.
20.Request shown in bold after spot editing category has been fixed.
21.In Russian language, report criteria was not coming on selecting the (Request) Group to filter has been fixed.
22.Issue in showing request fields that are masked from requester's view has been fixed.(Fix is only for UDF fields and the default fields will be taken up in the next hotfix ).
23.Support for Traditional Chinese language.
24.Contract notification can only be sent max before 60 days and this has been changed to 90 days.
25.Navigation not displayed when viewing the following has been fixed.
a) associated incidents list for a problem.
b) associated incidents list for a change.
c) associated problems list for a change.
26.Following notification problems during change recommendation and approval has been fixed.
a) Recommendation notifications received from multiple cab members contain the same message.
b) Some of the $[Variables] are not replaced properly in change notifications.
c) Values of Scheduled Start Date and Scheduled End Date are interchanged while sending notifications.
d) Notification mails sent will contain HTML mail headers (if there is new line character in the subject line).
