Build 7011 Released

A hotfix (version 7011) has been released. This hotfix is applicable for 7000 to 7010 builds only and is available at http://download.adventnet.com/products/service-desk/91677414/AdventNet_ManageEngine_ServiceDesk_Plus_7_0_0_SP-0_11_0.ppm

Instructions to apply the hotfix remains the same, however the steps are given here for immediate reference.

1. Shut down ServiceDesk Plus Server.
2. Run the script UpdateManager.bat (UpdateManager.sh for Linux) in the <ServiceDesk_Plus_Home>/bin folder. This opens the Update Manager tool.
3. Click "Browse" to select the Service Pack file (AdventNet_ManageEngine_ServiceDesk_Plus_<Version No>_0_0_SP-x_0.ppm file that you had downloaded) and then click "Install...".
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to apply the Service Pack / Hotfix.
5. Once the upgrade is complete, start ServiceDesk Plus Server.

Issues fixed in this Hotfix are:

* Issue on displaying the embedded images in the request description has been fixed.
* Issues related to closing a task has been fixed.
