Now:
In version 14.1 the ${subject} is always referring to the original ticket subject.
Is this meant to be?
Before:
The subject from the conversation i clicked to answer was taken.
Is there a workaround? We urgently need this behavior back.
Long Story:
Assuming my ticket subject is "Printer is not working"
Now our external it-service provider is answering with their own ticketnumer in the subject.
Looking like: "RE: Printer is not working [ServiceID#324442]"
If i now click on answer, directly on this conversation, SDP 14.1 always fills in the original "Printer is not working" instead of "RE: Printer is not working [ServiceID#324442]"
