We are using SD+ for a while now, it's running fine but we have found some bugs/extra features (not really bugs) that would be very helpful for us and maybe for others (and maybe this problems don't exist or features are already there but we missed them):


    *   If you want to put a request on hold you have to edit the request. It would be much faster if there is a button somewhere
    *   An option to edit or add some filters to the request view.
    *   If a request contains a purchase order it would be nice if we can directly make a PO of it. By example: in my organization a customer places an order using e-mail to our SD+, a technician looks at it and takes a look at the storage if we have such it in storage. If not he/she has to make a PO to my boss with the request. The boss then decides if it is ordered or canceled.
    *   In follow up to the above, it would even be nicer if we can notify the direct manager of a customer with the request and ask for authorization. If agreed the PO order can made, if not it can be declined. The technician now uses the reply option or a phone call for this. This slows down the process a little bit.
    *   In version 5004 e-mails containing HTML format mails are not processed right. The HTML is used in the overview and not only parsed in the request view. The whole page changes because of the HTML codes. In the request overview if you go over a request with your mouse you see HTML codes instead of the clear text. In version 5003 this problem didn't exist.
    *   If we update SD+ with a newer version we have to change all domains back from public to non public. This setting is not saved when upgrading. Very annoying if you have much domains (50+ here) in the network.
