The buggy CSV import function really needs to be addressed. We import students weekly with predefined questions for them to answer in order to reset their password because we do not allow user defined questions. After running an import of lets say 300 new students helpdesk will get about 20-50 calls regarding an error that they "need to re-enroll to use the service". So we have to run the CSV file again but with ONLY that user account to make it work. It seems like anytime we try to do a CSV import with many users we have problems. (its with random accounts all over the CSV in no order) It is not cost efficient for us to waste time with re-enroll errors. Someone we pay has to by hand re-enroll the people back in. In 1 week we can face more than 15-25 of these cases that are reported. Might be time for us to find a new solution being that we pay for highest 50k user premium license... the most expensive one you sell, and we spend more time fixing issues with this software than its worth to us... Please the buggy CSV import or lose a customer.
