Dear ServiceDesk Plus Support Team,
I am experiencing a critical issue in ServiceDesk Plus: reports containing charts cannot be exported to Excel or other formats. In many cases, the export process either hangs indefinitely, produces no output, or returns an error.
Steps to Reproduce:
Log in to ServiceDesk Plus.
Navigate to the Reports section.
Open any report that contains charts.
Click Export and select Excel (or another format).
Observe that the export either never completes, fails with an error, or produces an empty file.
Expected Result:
Reports, including charts, should be exported correctly without errors.
Actual Result:
The export process may hang indefinitely.
No file is generated.
An error message may appear.
