Bug report : email send from SD+ not tracked

Select under the techs request view, under "reply", "Email the technician".

The email sent is NOT tracked in the Conversations history nor is it tracked in the History log. This needs to be added. I suspect that most of the other options under "Reply" or even "Actions" are the same.

ANY action done to or with a request must be logged under the History log. If the action initiates an email, or SMS, it must be added to the Conversations log.
