Bug - Multiple requests generated

Thank you for the great software. I hope I am helping your company by posting this information.
I have found a problem with our copy of SD+.
We are running the free version 5, XP Professional SP2 as the server, XP Pro SP2 and IE 6 on both the requestor and the administrator machines.
Multiple requests are created after a new request is replied to by an administrator.
To recreate:
1. Have a regular requestor open a request via the web form. After creating the new request, do not navigate away from the request page or close IE. Stay on the request page.
2. On the administrator's machine, wait for the email notification, then reply to it.
3. Wait the specified period of time for SD+ to check email and then process the reply.
4. On the requestor's machine, click on IE's refresh button.
Each time the refresh button is clicked, a new request is created for the email that was sent in (it is not listed under the original ticket). You can do this multiple times, each time creating a brand new request thread.
If the requestor navigates away and then comes back to the same request and refreshs, there is no problem.
I have not checked all of the various options. Hopefully, this can get you started.
