Bug -- 'Due Time' not saving

Continuing to test this product (still looking like the best of what we're evaluating), and have run into a little bit of a snag. When a new Request comes in, it *does* set the 'Due Time', however -- if I edit any field within that section (group, level, support rep, etc), the 'Due Time' field is set to -.
