Bug - ' in names causes crashes
Here in Northern Ireland, it's reasonably common to have an apostrophe in their surnames - such as O'Neill. When you select one of these names from the requester list, Internet Explorer either pops up with a blank window or pops up with an error message that says:
A Runtime Error has occurred.
Do you wish to Debug?
