Bug? Merged request not appearing in destination ticket
One of the technicians here said he merged two tickets, but can't find the details in the destination ticket.
From the History section:
Merge by Hidden_Name, Miguel on Mon, 26 Jun 2006 18:48:01
Request Merged , Performed by : Hidden_Name, Miguel
Request ID 6787 merged with this request
But there's no Conversation recording the content of the ticket being merged.
Is this a bug? How do we get this back? Is it possible?
