BUG: Always alert if one swith port is down
I moved one server out off network because it is useless,
so the status of switch port became red and alert was generated.
I cleared the alert, and the status of the switch become normal, but same alert will repeat generated again after a period of time.

Last, I found out the reason, if the alert is cleared, the status of that port will become green, and the status will change from green to red at next discovery and generate alert, i think this is one bug, it should not become green if i cleare the status.
Only when i connect one device to that port, it can become green.
