Does anyone know if there is a way to ensure bookmarks added to browser (specifically Edge or Chrome) the favorites are added to the Favorites Bar.  I've tried placing the favorite in the "Favorite Bar" folder, but that doesn't seem to work.  It will ultimately place the favorite in a folder named "Managed Bookmarks".  I was hoping it would place it right on the Bookmark bar.  I do not see a way to do this, but I could be missing a setting somewhere.
