Just wondering if there is a breakdown somewhere on each of the notification rules and what triggers each one, (Currently Running 9.1 Build 9121) some of them are confusing and to me look duplicated.

e.g (Under Requester Notifications):

Acknowledge requester by e-mail when a new request is received.
Acknowledge E-mail Cc users by e-mail when a new request is created.

To me both of the above are the same.
