Blank Screen, Vista, Pass Through SSO,NTLMv2
I apologize if this has been brought up in a previous post.
Our company is looking at purchasing SDP for our Change management, asset and trouble ticket system. We are currently running a half Windows Vista IE7 half XP IE6 enviroment.
We would like to use the Pass-Through sign on feature, but unfortunately are having issues when testing with our windows Vista machines (Show a blank white screen). I have been able to resolve the issue by following the instructions in previous posts by changing the LAN Manager authentication level setting. unfortunately, my IT Manager would preferably not change this setting on our Vista Machines, as it's more secure to leave it on NTLMv2 exclusively.
My questions:
1.Is this supposed to be working in a Vista IE7 enviroment?
2.If it's not, what's the timeline on getting it to work?
3.Is there a better work around than dropping our LAN Manager security level?
Let me know if you need further information.
Thanks!
Joel Patterson
