Blank page while trying to create a monitor
I'm trying to create a Server monitor, OS = linux, method = ssh, valid username, valid password, the same settings that worked on a different host just previous to this one.
When I click "Add Monitor(s)", I get a blank page. "View Source" shows no text whatsoever.
This is a completely fresh install, no service packs installed, only one other monitor created, no thresholds, no alerts, etc. All I've done is:
1. disassociate all monitors from the "Applications Manager" monitor group, which is created by default.
2. delete the Applications Manager group
3. create a monitor group
4. delete all existing monitors
5. add linux monitor for a linux host
-> blammo! blank page.
6. attempt to add the SAME monitor using a different IP for the same host
-> that works. (?)
7. attempt to add a monitor with all the same values except for the IP address
-> blank page!
I know the account info I used for SSH was good, because all of our servers are using LDAP - there's only one account with one password and it's on all the machines. Also, I tried several times retyping it. Also also, I can log in via ssh on those nodes as the user in question.
