I have installed Opmanager at two separate client locations and as of Tuesday evening they both have started acting weird.
One simply doesn't show the server info on the front page anymore. Not that big of deal since everything else seems to be functioning properly. Also we are unable to run any reports from this server, "No Data Available".
The other one is by far more troublesome. It is currently monitoring 13 servers (windows, mac, sun, & novell) and as of 1900 hours Tuesday none of the data is reliable.
CPU utilization won't read on any of the servers. Memory utilization is at either 68% or 100% on all of the servers. Disk utilization is inaccurate, servers that barely have anything on them are reporting 100%, servers that are almost full are reporting 4-15%. System processes are all over the place, a different number each time the monitor is tested. Some reporting 250+ processes when there might be usually 30ish. Network statistics aren't being read on any of the servers.
I have checked the host's event viewer and the only thing I see at that time is an error about DHCP lease which is consistent with the reported network issues we were experiencing at the time.
I'm not really sure how to read the Opmanager logs to look for errors and don't see any files with a modified date of around that time.
