Bind Eventlog Analyzer to listen on specific IP and port

Bind Eventlog Analyzer to listen on specific IP and port

I want to be able to bind the eventlog service on the server to listen to a specific IP on port 514, instead of all IP's on the server. (ie. 1.100.100.50:514) instead of current (0.0.0.0:514).
