BIG problem!!
When im trying to manage topics and create new i realise a big problem.
You can't ad more than one topic with the same name even if you use different category,
for example we have:
application 1, 2 and 3, and would like to ad them all as topics in the solutions bank, all these category need the sub topic manual.
And the system fail because "Topic with same name already exists. Please provide different value for Topic Name."
Fix?
