Big Bug -- I was just assigned every ticket in the system

I clicked on the check box under the "unassigned" ticket view, and clicked pickup.

Every ticket that had ever been opened, even if it was already closed, was assigned to me. This is a real pain to try to re-assign all the open tickets.

Even worse, we rely heavily on reporting. Our reports now say that I have closed every ticket ever open.

This is not good.
