Is there a way to get BCC-ed on all incoming and outgoing Service Desk emails\Notifications?

I could look through reports to keep an eye on the status of things but it would be much easier if I could just get emailed when a request is created/sent for approval or closed.

I'd say there needs to be a Manager Role added but I'll save that for my 6 Month Feature request post.
