Management would like it if I could create a way that users could click a 'Request New Development Project' link on our company web page that would then open a SDP template so that users could input any issues that they think should become a development project. It would then create a project request in the project module. Using on prem version of SDP.

What are some of (best) options to accomplish that? If I need to purchase additional Zoho product(s) to accomplish that's okay.

My initial thought was using the incident catalog so that the request new dev project URL after being clicked would open a project template. But can a project template be invoked from incident catalog? And it doesn't look like the project templates are as robust as request templates. Is there a better option for the project intake form that I could/should use instead of project template?

Any one else have an intake solution?

Also considering using Share point and then using the connector to then create the intake ticket..? Can it create a project request?

Maybe creating a normal request template that then automatically creates a project ticket? Would that even work?

Is it best to have our web guy create a web template and then pass that into a SDP project ticket? 

Any ideas/thoughts welcomed and appreciated.
