Best Practices during deployment of OPManager

I wanted to have few checklist points that may be helpful to deploy the OpManager for max productivity.It would be great if included with Netflow analyzer and Event Log Analyzer
Additionally , wanted to know the best practices adopted for resource monitoring like routers,switches and servers.
.We've a major deployment as POC for clients and this may bring the real business to the ManageEngine and our Team :-)
