Have a first look at our latest features in ServiceDesk Plus. 


This release includes,
  1. Requester Chat.
  2. Combined Request and Task view.
  3. Enhanced UI under the Request Tab.
  4. Mark your favorite custom Views and sort them.
  5. Filter your request history and sort them.
  6. Refer settings of one site for configuring another site.
  7. Merge Service Requests with updated UI.
  8. Sync deleted users from AD.

And more features and issues address in this patch……..


This is a preview on what you can expect when the patch is released.

Note: The chat feature requires ports to be opened and due to security reasons we couldn't enable it for the demo!
