BCC recipients in reply/forward LOST when saving draft
We are running 7.9.0 build 7916 of SupportCenter Plus.
When we reply to a request, we usually include BCC recipients in our office (not always the same people).
If we include BCC recipients and then save the reply as a draft (to be reviewed or edited), the BCC recipients are no longer there when the draft is edited the next time around!
Is this a known issue? Do you have a solution?
