Having the ability to update a custom field with PowerShell and/or batch.

Use a custom script to update a custom field with data as desired at each agent contact and/or system startup.

This could provide customers ability to create custom reports as needed with whatever custom data requirements as long as PowerShell or batch can output the information.

This could be an advantage for creating custom scheduled reports with custom data as well.
