Barcode Readers and compatability
We have just started using ServiceDesk Plus, and I have the situation where my office has over 300 workstations, all with Asset tags and bar codes.
1) Can I get a portable barcode reader to read these barcodes? if so whats the recommended make and model?
2) If I get a barcode reader how does that data then get transferred into the software database?
Can anyone help me with these questions?
Help would be very much appreciate.
