Bandwidth monitor doesn't display utilization correctly

In trying your product, I found that the utilization percentage is not being displayed correctly due to the fact that although the interface is a gigabit interface, it's only a true T1 connection. Is there an option where we can change the value of the interface or any other alternatives?
