Bad Report Generated, Please Fix or Advise

Bad Report Generated, Please Fix or Advise

When I create a "Downtime History" PDF for a "HTTP URL" monitor, the PDF is not valid and in fact, if I just try to view the PDF the PDF isn't even produced. Can you try to replicate this issue and tell me how to fix it?
