Servicedesk version 9.2 (9220)

Recently im migrating an operating system from Windows to Ubuntu, and i need to do a full backup, but at the time when i execute manually the command on Windows (cmd) it compress the file attachments on a partition of the hard disk wich is full.

In which file can i change the path in which the files are compressed to later perform the backup?

Note: I already tried to change the paths on the backUpData.bat file.
