Base Service Desk runs on the local server MSSQL.
When you attempt to backup file backup.bat percentage reaches 50% and freezes.
In the backup folder created 258 tables.
After some time an error occurs java.exe

Backup does not finish properly.

Service ManageEngine stopped
Can you please tell what could be the reason?
