Backup/Restore Configuration or Requests Only
I have configure a new demo install of SD+ 6 for testing purposes and like what I have configured. Is there a way that I could just take the requests/tickets from my old SD+ 5.5 installation and transfer them to my new SD+ 6 installation without overwriting my configuration (i.e. SLAs, Categories, Priorities, etc...)???
Another option could be to back up only my new configuration and restore the configuration only to the old database with all the existing requests/tickets.
I would rather not have to re-write the configurations (i.e. SLAs, Categories, Priorities, Email Templates, ect...) on the existing system containing all of our request/tickets.
