Dear Support Team,

We have purchased the License for 2 Technicians Login with Unlimited Workstations having SDP version 6.0.0 with Build 6008. We have implemented the same on the System with Pentium 4, 2.86 GHz Processor, 1 GB of RAM & Windows XP as an Operating System. There are 1400 Requesters that are in the portal & approximatly 100 Users logs the call on the daily basis.

I have sheduled daily backup 4 times, one in morning at 9AM, second in the afternoon at 2PM, third in the evening at 5PM & fourth in midnight at 12AM.

Today in the evening backup, as per the sheduled backup has started on 5PM & the same has completed at 7:30 PM. It has taken appox. 2 & half hrs. to complete the backup.

Why it is taking that much time to complete the backup. Please Help me on this problem. :oops:
