Backup Exec services

Hi,

I'm new to this toy so please bare with me.

In Admin|Services i have added a new entry for Backup Exec Services with the relevant port number.

I have created the following Windows Service Monitors using the option of restarting the service:
Backup Exec Job Engine
Backup Exec Remote Agent for Windows Servers
Backup Exec Server
Backup Exec Media and Device Service.

I have created the Notification Profiles for Email and SMS. Criteria Options i have selected are the Backup Exec services.

I have associated the services to the servers to be monitored. The servers are located on my local LAN.

I have tested this by stopping the Backup Exec services on a server and it hasn't restarted the service and obviously hasn't given me notification.

What am i doing wrong? :oops:
