Backup and report question
Since version 5500 some major changes are done on SD+. But i have 5 questions about them:
1. Why are backups put in a seperate folder each time? Why not the old way of putting all files just in the backup folder. Now I have to browse to an extra folder, also my cleanup scripts which I used to delete old backups is not working anymore.
2. Reports are nice, but there is no report to view closed requests by technicians. I want to know how much tickets a technician has closed.
3. Before version 5500 it was possible to change the period in a report. So I could get an idea how much tickets are closed by each technician last week/last month/last year/etc. Now I can't change the period anymore while I am in the report, I have to edit the report to get another period. That is a lot of work!
4. When you edit a report and you change the name the report will be copied. So it's not an edit, but a copy. Not very handy.
5. When you edit a default report, save it as a new report (see problem 4) and you want to delete the newly created report it's not possible. You get a message that you can't remove the default reports, but it's not a default report anymore. Now I can't remove a report which is not correct.
