Azure Ad with MFA setup in Azure AD

Azure Ad with MFA setup in Azure AD

I have followed the procedure in  https://www.manageengine.com/products/passwordmanagerpro/help/azure-ad-integration.html, however, after attempting to Login with the correct username/password I am presented with an error incorrect username/password. I looked at the logs:

Does anyone have any ideas? The Source Azure Ad accounts are setup with Azure MFA.
