Hi,

 

Sometimes we need more info from requester or asked the requester to perform an action and awaiting their response.

 

A reminder is sent out to the requester asking for a response if none is given within a number of X days.

 

The request automatically closes when reminder has been sent out a number of X times.

 

Is this feature already available in the current version?
