I am looking for a query that shows the average time to respond (in minutes) and average time to resolve (days, hours,minutes)  by account. As below.

 

 

Account      Average time to respond       Average time to Resolve       Total Number of Incidents

Acme                            17mins                       0 days 3 hours, 21mins                               201
