Average response times for Accounts
Hi,
Is there a way to report on the average response times per Account? I.E. My SLA with my client states that I need to respond to the ticket within a certain amount of time.
Ideally, I would like to send a report to each client listing the tickets with response times and a summary showing the average response time.
