Average intervention time report

Hi to all,
I'm just a newbie with ServiceDesk, recently installed on my enterprise, and now I'm trying to configure some reports to view some request statistics, and I don't know how to create a report based on the average time of resolution. My requesters are enterprises, so they call several times a month. I want to see last month requests ordered by requesters and the average time of intervention until resolution.
Can you help me?
