Anyone know how to get this counter and other like it to report up to 3 decimals?

Avg. Disk sec/Read.7 D: WMI Avg. Disk sec/Read is the average time, in seconds, of a read of data from the disk.

 

I am getting an integer (0) for everything, testing successful.  Perfmon reveals it averages 0.003
