Based on the Health Report below, pls advise how OpManager get the output of the below: 

a)       % Availability (by ping the server?)

b)       Response Time of the devices – statistic get from the server? Which server counter used  and what formula used to calculates for the # of ms?

c)       % Packet Loss – statistic get from server? what formula used to calculates the %?
