Availability Report incorrectly showing as down

Availability Report incorrectly showing as down

Hi,

I am using ops manager build 7025, and am having problems with the availability reporting for one devices.

This devices is reporting as being unavailable 100% of the time, even though it never misses a ping, shows it's interfaces as being up etc

The device in question is a cisco catalyst 3750 switch, and is directly connected to the op-manager server

Any help would be appreciated.
