I am currently evaluating the NetFlow Analyzer. I think your product has a wonderful interface. We have a Packeteer that is exporting the NetFlow-5 data, rather than a Cisco router. I don't know if this is a supported configuration, but it seems to be working. I do have a few questions.
1. There are moments where there is an inexplicable spike in traffic. The spike is much greater than the allowable bandwidth on our line. Things start to appear in the "Autonomous System View," which I am unfamilar with. I've included a screenshot. Is there a meaning/explanation for this?
2. It seems to me that the bandwidth meter can be innacurate over time. I understand that there are different amounts of granularity, depending on how far back you go. However, I have a host on my network that, according to NFA, has consumed more bandwidth in the last day than it has in the last week. Have I configured something wrong? Perhaps I am reading something incorrectly; I haven't seen any other topics on this.
As a suggestion, I think it would be nice to have the option to email weely/monthly summaries of bandwidth consumtion.
