I'm looking for an automated solution, either through business rules or a custom script, to change the requester on incoming requests. Currently, notifications from an external source trigger a list of our business rules. The desired requester is the client associated with the notification, not the "noreply" email address from which the notifications originate.
This change is crucial for setting up automatic client notifications, which I believe would be most effectively achieved by updating the requester to the correct client. We are currently performing this step manually. Please let me know if you require further clarification.
