Can we automate SDAdmin tasks?

Currently, SDAdmin handles user management manually in the SDPC portal. For example, when a user requests technician access, SDAdmin has to create it manually. Similarly, if a technician needs to be added to or removed from a group, the mapping is also done manually.

We can consider implementing an automation solution where users raise service requests for actions such as technician access, group addition, or group removal. Once the request is approved, the corresponding action can be automatically executed in the system, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency.
