I like the requestor being able to request an account with email access; however I am getting push back from our exchange admin since the requestor would have to select the Mail Server and Mail Store.  Right now our servers and stores are based off of last name.  For example Server 1 contains last names of A through I and the Store is broken down into smaller  increments.   Is there away to automate the Mail Server/Store based on last name?
